The other day Dave noticed that I had a lot of bird poop on one particular spot on my car. As the days went on we realized that a Cardinal was looking into my passenger side mirror thinking it was another Cardinal and was trying to mate with it. Tonight after dinner we caught the Cardinal in action. It was hilarious! He really thought that there was another Cardinal in that mirror! We also figured out that the Cardinal was trying to “mate” with the red bulb of our red and green lights we had in the ground for x-mas (Don’t worry…we aren’t trying to go totally white trash and leave our x-mas lights up all year…just forgot to take it down).
