Another day at the office....

Not only is the Raven's one of the best organizations in the NFL, but they also have a large pond on the grounds of the facility. I'm pretty sure that the pond is there as a source of water if the facility should ever catch on fire, however it also acts as a spot for fertilizer run-off, a great place for yellow labs to swim ;-), and as we found out this week, a great spot to fish!


We aren't sure how fish are able to survive in this pond....but some how they do. Dave had a really hard morning conditioning session and work out, so he needed someway to unwind and alleviate some stress. Dave had a great idea to try and catch some fish in the pond. After several hours of casting and reeling with no luck (and us starting to believe there were no fish in the pond)...Dave finally got a bite. This is what he pulled out:

Needless to say we didn't take this Bass home and fry him up....we threw him back in the pond. I can only hope Mr. Bass will survive another day so that a certain someone can come back toting his pole like a little kid, giddy and all, ready to fish his afternoon and worries away.
